Job Location: Remote hybrid in Lexington, MA or Fully Remote/Virtual

Summary
The Associate Implementation Manager (AIM) role is a fast-paced client facing position within Cedar Gate’s Enterprise Client Delivery Team. This position is responsible for assisting Implementation Management with all project management tasks associated to new client onboarding. You will be responsible for creating and managing client project plans, managing tasks, developing agendas, distributing meeting minutes, and scheduling meetings with project stakeholders. The AIM position interfaces with both internal and client executive sponsors, project managers and end users.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with Implementation Manager (IM) to develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track implementation progress
  • Assist IM Manage in managing change control to existing project scope, project schedule and communicate appropriately to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Vendor Management Team to ensure inbound data files are being delivered withing project timelines
  • Escalate issues and risks to the Implementation Manager timely.
  • Monitor and communicate project milestones, status and risk to Implementation Management, as appropriate.
  • Assist IM with monitoring current projects and coordinate with all team members to keep workflow on track
  • Worth with IM to create all project-related paperwork including Implementation Agendas, Project Plans and Status Reports and distribute timely to client and/or executive management team.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings.
  • Act as secondary point of contact to Implementation Manager and assist in meeting facilitation.
  • Work with Vendor Management team to ensure Vendor Implementation tickets are created and monitored throughout the implementation. Ticket categories include (but not limited to): Legal Agreement execution, SFTP set up, file receipt/review, and distribution of file analysis.

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Agree to work toward a Project Management certification within first 6 months if not already in-hand
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Solid organizational skills including high attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Effective at building, maintaining, and growing relationships with senior leadership
  • Proven ability to learn technical concepts with high proficiency
  • An outgoing and enthusiastic personality that will make clients and team members want to follow your lead!


Preferences – Not Required

  • Experience with Healthcare industry – Population Health Management, Medical Claims Process end to end process
  • Data analytics experience – work drawing meaningful/strategic insights from technical data sets
  • Experience with SaaS environment products or projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or equivalent certification
