The Role


The Associate Market Manager is responsible for Fellowes Workspace, monitor arms and stapling businesses. This role executes the marketing strategy, manages the product portfolio and is accountable for KPI’s and performance in conjunction with the Senior Global Market Manager.
This a cross-functional position that works closely with NPD, supply chain, finance, category management and global branding to initiate plans and activities to deliver on our market share, sales and profit objectives.
The Associate Market Manager is responsible for developing strong connections with the marketplace and global subsidiaries to drive sales initiatives and growth.


We operate in a hybrid work environment that offers two remote days per week.


In This Role, You will…

  • Develop category expertise and utilize marketplace and consumer insights to create and execute marketing strategies and business plans to grow market shares and revenue.
  • Create compelling category propositions and solutions for professionals to inspire WorkLife and differentiate from our competitors.
  • Manage new product introductions and create impactful launch programs and marketing content.
  • Use consumer research and market analysis to capture consumer insights, understand market trends and build competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with our sales organization and customers to expand product placement and develop marketing programs to drive demand.
  • Coordinate the development of packaging and manage our merchandizing strategy
  • Lead the development and global roll-out of marketing campaigns, assets and content for your category.
  • Monitor your category KPI’s and budgets and create initiatives to maximize performance and achieve our financial objectives.
  • Work closely with R&D, Product Management and Supply Chain to bring on new product development project.

What You Bring to the Team
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing management, brand management, channel management or similar. Experience in the durable consumer products space is preferred for this position.
  • Expertise in managing multiple aspects of a product category, including marketing, product launches and financial performance.
  • Strategic thinking and creative ideas and the ability to convert these into actionable plans
  • A good understanding of market analysis methods, consumer insight research and competitive benchmarking
  • Strong communication skills, capable of delivering impactful and inspiring presentations
  • Collaborative mindset and personal skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and business dynamics to support effective decision making
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related area
