Base Pay Range: $22.94 - $39.00 Per Hour

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Job Requirements:

As a member of US Operations' New Products Team, the successful Precision Cleaning ATE will perform hands-on set-up, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of diverse technical problems in support of ultra-precision cleaning to manufacture KLA's latest reticle inspection products. ATEs also participate in design and continuous improvement efforts that drive MFG improvements such as design for cost, design for assembly & test, design for manufacturing, and overall efficiency.

• Perform ultra-precision cleaning of opto-mechanical piece parts and sub-assemblies

• Perform set-up, calibration, & operation of specialized cleaning and test equipment for ultra-precision cleaning processes

• Assist in improving design and manufacturing processes!

• Ability to read technical drawings/procedures and use a variety of precision testing and measuring instruments

• Previous experience working in ultra-clean environments with highly-sensitive semiconductor equipment preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve technical problems, set up experiments, and perform data analysis

• Strong ability to update documents to enable repeatable Manufacturing processes

• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and collaborative work style

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience
