Join Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS) as a Junior Tech Recruiter on a 2-year contract, where you'll become an essential part of a team that's making a difference in the digital landscape. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment life cycle across multiple functions and locations in Singapore, diving deep into sourcing candidates, conducting assessments, and navigating the interview process to successfully make offers. ATS values a meaningful candidate experience, and you'll play a crucial role in communicating our strong Employer Value Proposition and brand. Collaborating across business units and within GovTech, you'll leverage your knowledge of the latest recruiting trends and technologies to build strong relationships and drive the candidate journey. Whether it's engaging with passive candidates through social media and job boards, or contributing to HR operations like background checks and onboarding, your contributions will shape the recruitment process. Ideally, you will have at least a year of tech recruitment experience and a knack for negotiation, as well as familiarity with HRIS such as Workday and applicant tracking systems like Workable.
