Your Mission:
The Non-Medical Home Care Aid Recruiter is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides who will support our clients in maintaining their independence at home. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates who have a strong commitment to quality care but do not provide medical services. As a key contributor to our recruitment team, you will ensure that our growing client base has access to skilled and trustworthy aides that align with our organization’s mission of fostering dignity and independence among our clients. The role reports directly to the Director of Senior Services and will partner with the Manager of Talent Aquisition for strategy and best practice and the Marketing and Communications team on sourcing and targeting strategies.
