• **** ACCOUNTS PAYABLE | INTERVIEWS HAPPENING THIS WEEK!!*****Job Type: Accounts Payable AnalystLocation: Red Bank, NJCompensation: $25/hr+A leading organization is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team during a software implementation. This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to, invoice processing, vendor maintenance, vendor management, reconciliations, working heavily within Microsoft Excel, and much more! The ideal candidate will have 4 years of AP experience and Oracle experience skills.What you’ll do:• Manage day to day accounts payable tasks• Process invoices• Receive invoices through shared mailbox• Send out to invoices to designated managers for approval• Process invoices for payment per managers instructions.• Shadow current AP teams in different offices to document processes• Work with leader build out future state process• Help integrate Business Units into new streamlined processWhat you’ll bring:• Must have 4 years of full cycle AP experience• Oracle Experience• Strong MS Excel skillsWhat you’ll get:• Hybrid - work from home flexibility• Experience building and improving processes for a shared service center• Competitive pay• Medical, Dental, Vision benefits availableInterviews are happening this week!
