VP Accounting & Tax (m/w/x)
Grover is revolutionizing access to cutting-edge technology through flexible tech rental subscriptions and is looking for a VP of Accounting & Tax to lead their finance team.
Skills
- Expertise in German GAAP and tax law.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience in digital transformation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and lead an accounting and tax team.
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance with German GAAP.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts with audit-ready statements.
- Develop strategic roadmap for accounting and tax compliance.
- Establish internal controls for financial data accuracy.
- Drive improvements in accounting and tax functions.
- Lead corporate tax strategies and ensure compliance.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or similar designation preferred.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) is a plus.
