Duties• Prepares weekly and monthly reports for a variety of projects• Entering time for employees, equipment usage, and expenses from the field employees• Process payroll for 75+ employees• Managing specific billing and invoicing information for various teams/divisions - unit-based and hourly billing• Create new projects on our network and in our database• Talking on the telephone to employees and customers• Tracking various items using Excel• Process weekly/monthly customer billings• Filing and preparing projects and permits• Data entry• Administrative support• Other duties as assignedQualifications• Previous payroll, billing, or accounting experience• Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience• Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment dominated by short deadlines• Detail-orientated and excellent ability to multi-taskJob TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 4 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin.Work EnvironmentSchedule• Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pmAbout Aston CarterAston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
