Job DescriptionThe Renewal Specialist is trained and focused on closing all assigned renewal opportunities. This entry-level position requires working closely with partners and sending proactive emails to our sales teams on upcoming renewals. The role involves managing lead lists and renewal portals to maximize time, effort, and sales. Additionally, the Renewal Specialist will manage a pipeline of quotes/orders, follow up with Account Managers on specific clients regarding renewals, and respond to email or phone inquiries from Account Managers and Vendors regarding their expiring products.Will be using Excel heavily in this role.Qualifications:-Minimum 6 months of office experience (corporate or office) working in a sales or sales support role-Minimum 6 months of experience with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel)-HS Diploma or GEDPreferred Qualifications:-Bachelor's Degree or some college degree-Interest, passion, or knowledge/experience of IT or technology industry-Corporate Sales/Sales Support experienceHours:Mostly remote, however, this person will be asked to come into the Chicago office to interface with their supplier once a month.
