Job Title: HR Data Analyst

The HR Analyst will provide both process improvement and operational support for key HR initiatives throughout the organization. The primary focus is to help advance HR system projects which may be related to talent acquisition, onboarding, core HR, performance, and other areas of HR. Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role may act as a utility player to help advance projects and ensure our ability to support an ever-growing global organization. Support HR systems integration by maintaining an in-depth understanding of HR data relating to all areas of the employee profile. Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or patches. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintains HR system tables. Leverage technology to refine and/or eliminate non value-add process steps. Recommends process/customer service improvements and innovative solutions. Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation and deliver training in various formats, including training for new system users. May assist with producing and validating reports related to HR compliance and regulatory requirements including CEO Pay Equity, Affirmative Action Program, VETS, EEO-1, CA Pay Data reporting. May partner with benefits team on benefits compliance, including annual ACA reporting and reconciliation of 1095-C forms. May assist with corporate-wide data update processes in HRIS, including extracting current data, mapping updates with HR partners, creating import templates, and validating data is accurate after import. Ad hoc reporting as needed. Additional duties and special projects as assigned.
