DescriptionJob Title: Junior Graphic DesignerDepartment: Marketing - APCAbout the Role:We are currently seeking a talented and creative graphic designer who will be working closely with the Marketing team to create compelling visual and graphic designs that convey key marketing initiatives and communications for the company.What You'll Do:• Conceptualize ideas into strategic creative solutions to meet all project objectives.• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and templates for a wide range of media campaigns and marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, posters, newsletters to promote the IPAs' services, events, and programs.• Ensure all design materials maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.• Coordinate with team members in visual and content creation to deliver compelling communications.• Provide support to the team, including file organization, asset management, translation, and proofreading.• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively across the organization.• Track and manage projects to ensure all deadlines are met.• Support the marketing team on event coordination and execution.• Assist the team with other tasks and duties as assigned by the department manager.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design or related field.• Highly proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.)• Highly proficiency in MS Office programs (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)• Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.• Experience in photography, video production and editing.• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.• Attention to detail and excellent grammatical, spelling, proofreading abilities.• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.You're great for the role if:• Bi-lingual in a secondary language preferred.Who We Are:Astrana Health (NASDAQ: ASTH) is a physician-centric, technology-powered healthcare management company. The office is located at 1668 S. Garfield Ave., Alhambra, CA 91801.• The total compensation target pay range for this role is $22.00 - $27.00 per hour.
