COMPANY NAME:Astreya Partners, LLCPOSITION TITLE:Sr. Product Manager - Supply Chain Management (SCM)POSITION DUTIES:Develop decisive Product Roadmaps and launch new Supply Chain Management product initiatives partnering with Tech, Business, Operations to improve customer experience. Partner cross functionally with stakeholders to build specs for new software products. Lead junior team members while building AI/ML and BI solutions in Supply Chain Management area. Optimize Equipment and Inventory utilizing QR- code tracking to improve production processes for clients. Negotiate priorities with stakeholders streamlining tasks and new requests in sprint planning. Effectively manage JIRA backlog in sprint grooming sessions. Design data flows and create sprint dashboards to monitor story points to effectively manage team’s performance in every sprint. Develop strategic product automation roadmap to capture end to end live inventory movement by performing feasibility and risk assessment.DEGREE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Systems, Systems Engineering or related field.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or related occupation.SPECIALREQUIREMENTS:Utilizing experience in Product Management of Supply Chain Management implementations; Data Analysis and Visualization skills such as SQL, Python, PowerBI, and Tableau; document creation skills such as Lucid chart, Balsamiq, Draw.io, Snagit, and 123formbuilder; project management skills using JIRA, SCRUM, Kanban and SAFe which are used for Backlog Management, Sprint Grooming to manage projects agile way; database skills utilizing ProgreSQL, Oracle, and Snowflake; and Big Data management using Hadoop, Spark, MapR, and AWS.TELECOMMUTING/TRAVEL:Up to 10% of domestic/international travel.RATE OF PAY:$180,000 to $190,000 per yearLOCATION OFPOSITION:2033 Gateway Place, Suite 500San Jose, CA 95110and various unanticipated worksites throughout the USAPPLICANTSSHOULD SUBMITRESUMES TO:Astreya Partners, LLCC/O Talent Acquisition2033 Gateway Place, Suite 500San Jose, CA 95110
