Advanced Care Provider - Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

At Atria, Advanced Care Providers, including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, are responsible for comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosing health conditions, and formulating individualized treatment plans. They collaborate with Chief Medical Officers to provide both primary and specialty care services, manage chronic conditions, and educate patients on health promotion strategies. This role includes performing clinical skills, managing medical records, and ensuring ethical compliance throughout their practices.

Candidates for the Advanced Care Provider position at Atria must hold a current New York State license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. A minimum of two years of experience as a practicing NP or PA-C is required, along with BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association. Experience in internal medicine, urgent care, or family medicine is preferred, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Atria offers a competitive compensation package for our Advanced Care Providers, with salaries ranging from $170,000 to $190,000. Advanced Care Providers at Atria enjoy a favorable work schedule that consists of four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday. Weekend coverage may be required occasionally, providing flexibility based on team needs.
