They are looking to add a Financial Analyst to their team.Salary/Hourly Rate$90k + 10% BonusPosition OverviewWe are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts. This critical role will be responsible for producing accurate financial reports, conducting in-depth analysis, and providing insights that contribute to informed decision-making within the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure financial data integrity and assist in driving financial strategies.Responsibilities Of The Financial Analyst• Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis, to support decision-making processes.• Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts. Monitor performance against budget and forecasts and provide insightful explanations for variances.• Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and optimize resource allocation.• Month-End Close: Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data. Prepare journal entries and reconciliations as necessary.• KPI Tracking: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for monitoring and reporting on business performance. Identify areas for improvement and track progress.• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests from senior management, providing timely and accurate information to support strategic decisions.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing, to gather financial data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Qualifications For The Financial Analyst• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills.• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes.• Experience with coding including SQL, Power BI, R, etc.Education Requirements• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.Benefits• Medical, dental, and vision.• 401k.• PTO.• Company holidays.As a woman-owned firm, we value diversity.
