Job Description:

As a Sr Product Designer at Authorium, you will be a strategic partner in shaping the future of our product offerings. You will play a crucial role in steering our product strategy and elevating the user experience to new heights. Your expertise in design will influence our product direction through innovative, user-centered solutions that resonate with our diverse user base.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Own and work independently on projects across multiple areas from idea to execution in partnership with the Head of Product and Sales team.
  • Rapidly iterate in a fast-paced environment with a highly transparent working process that is inclusive of stakeholders and collaborators.
  • Design and deliver detailed user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Elevate the quality of our app design by applying your excellent design sensibilities, and an insistence on polished execution and implementation
  • Build alignment around design decisions through partnership with Product Managers, Engineers, and excellent storytelling / presentation skills.

  • A high level of proficiency in Figma including auto-layout, working with component libraries and prototyping.

  • Experience with service design and integrating products with holistic user services.
  • Keen eye for emerging design trends and technologies, with an ability to implement these in practical and impactful ways.
  • Demonstrated capability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
