We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x) for our B2C brand Autohero. With our unique online as well as offline presence and product offering we are disrupting the automotive industry, one of the biggest markets still in the hands of traditional players.
We are working in a fast paced, bottom-up environment, with outstanding skilled team members with different backgrounds and expertice, aiming to make Autohero the Nr.1 used-car-buying platform.

Job Description

  • Take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising campaigns in GoogleAds / MicrosoftAds Search and YouTube
  • Leverage YouTube as a complementary channel to grow your skillset and explore its potential to scale up search brand results, driving brand buildup as well as direct performance outcome
  • Analyse complex sets of data using in-house tools to uncover growth opportunities and proactively push for scaling them in collaboration with your team
  • Fully own the budget for your market's channels, ensuring maximum impact and business growth across Google Ads and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing Automation, Marketing Controlling, Video Production, etc.) on campaign planning, advertising materials, reporting, automation, and optimisation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing and expanding Google Ads Search campaigns with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen interest in expanding your knowledge beyond Search towards YouTube Ads and its potential to complement and scale brand traffic
  • Strong organisational skills, a tech-savvy mindset, and a detail-oriented approach. You work independently and have a can-do attitude.
  • A solid understanding of tracking, measurement, and attribution models.
  • Excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets. Knowledge of SQL and GoogleQuery are a plus
  • Fluency in English and Spanish/Italian/German/French is required, any other additional European language would be a plus
