Automotive Administrative Assistant

Herb Chambers BMW of Boston has an immediate opening for an Accounting Bookkeeper.

As an Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of duties, including, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Fill out used car record book
• Assist with AP/AR
• Process warranties weekly
• Daily cash deposit
• Stock in new and used vehicles
• Process trade payoffs
• Obtain EVR certification
• Manage receptionist/cashier schedules
