Mission
Be part of the Sales Processes & Effectiveness team and contribute to major projects to drive better sales processes. End game view being to increase sales team productivity while helping them achieve topline targets.
As one of the major projects of this team, take full responsibility for creating a unified approach to sales commission across our operations in three countries. This role offers an exciting combination of shaping a new central function within our Sales Performance Europe Organization, including providing guidance on sales targets as well as mid-term sales processes improvement projects (e.g. automation of current processes).
