Global Costs, Senior Finance Manager

A bit about the job:
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately reporting Aviva Investors' global cost position and providing insights into future cost trajectories. This position is crucial for the onward reporting of management and financial cost information to our broader Finance and business stakeholders.
You will have onshore line management responsibilities and oversee our global offshore cost team. Additionally, you will be a key contributor during our global external audit cycles.
You will play an integral part in our wider Finance change agenda, continuously improving our operational efficiency and delivering further value-added insights to the business.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Post-qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
Strong business acumen with Financial Services experience, asset management preferable
Proven experience in cost reporting roles
Confidence to challenge current processes and ability to influence stakeholders
Previous involvement in change activity
