As the leading poverty fighting and humanitarian charity, CARE's 2030 strategy will see us deliver epic impact through gender equal, locally led and globally scaled programs across 100+ countries. Our strategy will depend on continued revenue growth and the new AVP of Resource Development Content will lead a dynamic content strategy and team to help CARE realize a $1B annual revenue ambition.
The AVP will lead the planning and production of all CARE's funding proposals and donor stewardship content plus direct a talented team of writers and content professionals. The role will directly report into the Chief Revenue Officer and will be a direct peer of our senior funding leads across Individuals, Corporations, Foundations and Government funding channels. Close partnership with our Marketing, Program and Country teams will be essential to create an understanding of what donors need and how to package CARE's most impactful programs and strategy into attractive donor offers. Location: Atlanta (preferred), Washington DC, New York or San Francisco.
