Preparation of Warehouse Release Letters: payoff calculations provided by spreadsheet, letters and 11711A forms related to releases, e-signatures and emailed
E-Print, sign, email, Ginnie Mae Hud 11711A forms for the creation of MBS Pools
Accept/Record Freddie Mac 996E, EF forms through Freddie Mac Loan System
Email inquiries to clients on incoming payoff funds received at US BK
Prepare daily wire activity sheet, on funds received, loans provided and removed
Removal of TR loans through JEFMAPS, our in house system, provided by client
Preparation and Input of PC/TR Funding wires and payoffs in Singlepoint and/or Two Four System
Manual Entry of TP’s in Impact , confirming maturities, rates, wire/receive funds
EOD Loan verification checked in Impact daily via EOD report provided by USBK
Communicate with Repo Trader and manual input of mbs pools in Impact when needed for collateralization of loans at USBK
EOD Funding spreadsheet used for confirmation of day’s changes in Impact on Reverse Trades
Calculation of daily interest on Reverse trades for a month end total
Wire out monthly TP interest and fees, close out TP and re-enter with new rates in Impact
Confirm monthly interest clean up on Reverses, process related journals
Receive spreadsheet containing loan level information from originators
Load file into JEFMAPS
Send funding email out to client
Get trust receipt from custodian (DB or Wells).
Send out wires related to Funding’s

Desirable Qualifications:

Potential Candidates MUST have very strong knowledge of Excel
Experience in Warehouse Lending, Fed Settlements, or Triparty Funding would be a plus but not required
Any knowledge of IMPACT, Two Four, or BPS would also be a plus

The salary range for this role is $110,000-$130,000.
