Sales Manager B2B Bestandskunden - DACH (f/m/d)

Awin is seeking a Sales Manager for the DACH region to facilitate negotiations with existing clients and effectively communicate new offerings.

Skills

1-2 years of sales experience, especially in e-commerce or online marketing.
Proficiency in both German and English communication.
Strong organization and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

Conduct direct contract negotiations and manage cross-selling and upselling activities.
Present new pricing structures to existing clients.
Advise clients on service needs and create tailored offers.
Handle business RFPs from existing customers.
Support customer conflict management and retention through commercial solutions.
Assist in optimizing processes for better negotiation success.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
