The Appian Lead at our company is responsible for overseeing application support engagements, leading the development of BPM solutions, and ensuring applications run smoothly. This includes performance monitoring, tracking progress, and reporting through metrics to stakeholders. You'll also engage in production application support, handle system integrations, and participate in mobile and portal applications development.

To qualify for the Appian Lead position, candidates should possess a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in Appian application support and development. An Appian L2 certification is mandatory. Additionally, strong problem-solving capabilities, experience with system integrations, and fluency in both German and English are essential qualifications that will help you thrive in this role.

The Appian Lead will work with various technologies, including Appian versions 19.x, 20.x, and 21.x, as well as database systems like Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
