Senior Associate, Ad Operations (Remote)

Why it matters: As an Ad Ops Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of integrated advertising campaigns from set-up to delivery across multiple platforms. This includes executing a thorough QA process in advance of launch, monitoring pacing, managing performance optimization, providing reporting, and supporting the monthly billing and invoicing process.

Go deeper: We are looking for an individual with demonstrated experience in the day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns, including QA of creative assets and tags, trafficking, targeting/retargeting, pacing, optimization, and reporting. Additionally, you will work closely with your Client Partnerships and Client Success counterparts to forecast inventory availability across multiple platforms and confirm technical and targeting capabilities as part of RFP responses.

The details: Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for Axios’ mission and have the following skills:

Proficient in using Google Ad Manager
Familiarity with ad platforms such as Apple News, Meta Business Manager, Megaphone (Spotify)
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills, particularly as they relate to campaign pacing and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strategic, problem-solving mindset
Drive to impact process and revenue

The starting salary for this role is in the range of $62,000-$70,000 and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills. This range does not include other compensation benefits.
