Corporate Development Manager

Axle Informatics is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to drive and execute corporate development initiatives to support our long-term growth strategy.

Skills

Strong financial acumen and proficiency in financial modeling
In-depth knowledge of M&A processes and legal frameworks
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Strong leadership capabilities and effective cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

Formulate and refine the company's mergers and acquisitions strategy
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential acquisition targets
Perform rigorous financial analyses for potential deals
Lead due diligence efforts evaluating target companies
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
Identify and evaluate opportunities for partnerships and alliances
Collaborate with post-merger integration teams for successful integration
Monitor industry trends and inform strategic decisions
Prepare and present reports to the executive team and board of directors

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
Master's degree is a plus
