Corporate Development Manager
Axle Informatics is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to drive and execute corporate development initiatives to support our long-term growth strategy.
Skills
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in financial modeling
- In-depth knowledge of M&A processes and legal frameworks
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Strong leadership capabilities and effective cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Formulate and refine the company's mergers and acquisitions strategy
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential acquisition targets
- Perform rigorous financial analyses for potential deals
- Lead due diligence efforts evaluating target companies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for partnerships and alliances
- Collaborate with post-merger integration teams for successful integration
- Monitor industry trends and inform strategic decisions
- Prepare and present reports to the executive team and board of directors
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Master's degree is a plus
