Federal Senior Billing Specialist (Remote)

Axon is on a mission to Protect Life, seeking a Federal Senior Billing Specialist to ensure accurate billing for Federal customers.

Skills

Advanced MS Office skills
Experience with accounting software systems
Ability to identify process improvements
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce Billing

Responsibilities

Review contract billing terms and apply those requirements to Federal customer billings
Manage the invoicing process for Federal customers including reviewing all invoice batches
Review contract billing events for proper entry in SFDC against invoice billing batches
Submit invoices to customers per contract requirements
Track pending contractual issues and work with departments for resolution
Monitor aging of Federal customer invoices and resolve payment issues

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
