About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Level 1 Sales Enablement Instructional Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and delivering engaging learning experiences that empower our global sales team to effectively position, sell, and support Axonius solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to design and develop a range of learning materials, including online courses, presentations, videos, and job aids.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging and effective learning content for sales onboarding, ongoing training, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information, identify learning objectives, and ensure content accuracy.
  • Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create impactful learning experiences.
  • Build eLearning modules, videos, interactive exercises, and other learning materials using a variety of authoring tools.
  • Assist in the maintenance and updating of existing training materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest learning technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a sales enablement or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
