Banking Operations Specialist

mylo, the consumer finance arm of B.TECH, is revolutionizing the financial landscape, seeks skilled and results-driven Banking Operations Specialist. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our banking processes, contributing significantly to the success of our financial operations.

Responsibilities

Process and reconcile daily transactions, including payments, transfers, and settlements.
Monitor and manage cash flow positions to ensure sufficient liquidity.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and other relevant reports.
Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial data.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulators.
Manage the maintenance, enhancement of terms, and expansion of short-term and long-term financing facilities.
Communicate with bank teams in identifying, assessing, and resolving any problem in the operation of the accounts and facilities.
Adjust the best combination of funding sources to match the company's cash flow and operational requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the FinTech industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
