Financial Control Lead/Manager

Responsibilities

● Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing insights to stakeholders.

● Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the FP&A team to oversee, monitor, and refine organizational budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cross allocation and alignment with Mylo’s financial goals

● Internal Controls: Establish, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.

● Compliance and Audit: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations and lead coordination efforts for internal and external audits.

● Data-Driven Insights: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

● Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the financial control team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

● Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.
