This position will allow you to work with a client’s organization to help solve challenges, gather business requirements, build better business processes, and create efficiencies. As a member of our project team, you’ll gather data and meet with stakeholders and build organizational and process solutions. Like to see plans in action? You’ll build a trusted relationship with your client as your team identifies and anticipates their needs and proposes solutions. As you solve problems, you’ll look for more areas of improvement and continue transforming your client’s organization.

You Have:
2+ years of experience in a professional or military environment
Experience working collaboratively with team members, government clients, and stakeholders
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to organize, analyze, and summarize information
Ability to create and present briefings and reports
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with business process improvement, change management, performance management, or systems integration
Experience with information technology
Experience with Jira
Knowledge of Agile software development practices
Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas where high ambiguity and uncertainty exists
Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to help identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
