From Digital Engineering to enabling employee success, the Digital Technology team provides premium products and services to our customers and employees.Partner with the bestThe Enterprise Vulnerability Management (EVM) Analyst Position is responsible for helping to safeguard the company's assets, intellectual property, and computer systems in support of the company's business objectives. The applicant will be responsible for detecting vulnerabilities, researching potential impact to the organization, and communicating the risks to senior EVM team members. The EVM Analyst works among a team of skilled analysts to address complex or difficult problems as needed within a 24/7 Cyber Security Fusion Centre environment.As an Enterprise Vulnerability Management, you will be responsible for:• Performing scans to identify vulnerabilities or confirm compliance to security standards• Maintaining patch and vulnerability management practices to protect against the exploitation of critical vulnerabilities• Applying knowledge of operating systems, applications, and database vulnerability assessments (to include system configuration checks) on various Information Systems• Interpreting vulnerability assessment results and report findings to senior EVM staff as well as recommendations for remediation• Conducting research on current vulnerabilities and exploits using publicly available trusted resources and other finished vulnerability products• Implementing and utilize a combination of automated tools (e.g., Qualys, Nessus) and manual checks to identify and validate vulnerabilitiesFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:• Have B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security or High school Diploma\GED with equivalent work experience• Have an understanding of fundamental security and network concepts (operating systems, IPS/IDS, TCP/IP, ports, etc.)• Have demonstrated analytic expertise – to include ability to think critically and logically in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment• Have experience with Microsoft and Unix-based operating systems• Preferred security certifications (e.g. Security+, GCIA, GCIH, CISSP, CEH, etc.)• Have experience supporting network security investigationsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
