As a paid contractor, we can work around your schedule! EXCITEMENT - You will be at some of the top sports venues in your state. Never a dull moment! You may even be asked to travel to top tournaments. RESUME BUILDER - Hands-on experience with the latest streaming software and technology!INTERNAL GROWTH - We are constantly developing talented individuals who contribute to our company’s mission. We want to see you grow and succeed!WHAT (Job Description)You will be part of the Production Crew at BallerTV!REPRESENT - You will be the hands and feet of BallerTV at each event! TRACK - Receive and handle all our equipment, including camera gear & marketing assets.EXECUTION - Set up BallerTV’s streaming system (filming equipment) at each court (or field).MONITOR - Ensure each game’s stream is steady and consistent.ENJOY - Watch live sports while working on the job! How cool is that?FLEXIBILITY - This role is a part-time, weekend contractor position.PAY - $19 an hour.Please note: Shifts can be over 12 hours long. A weekend tournament (Fri, Sat, Sunday) can be over 30 hours of work. In 2021, we live-streamed over 350,000 youth tournaments! Similar to the early days of ESPN, we are rapidly expanding the spectrum of sports coverage and changing the landscape of sports broadcasting!Required QualificationsMust be 18 years of ageMust have current and valid Driver's licenseMust complete a pre-employment background checkMust be familiar with iOS devices and productsMust be personable and professional at all timesMust have the ability to multitask with a strong attention to detailMust be able to travel up to 40 miles one wayMust be able to work weekends, as early as 6AM and as late as 10PMPreferred QualificationsExperience in (live) event production, sports, or any customer facing position is a plus!Knowledge, interest, and experience within grassroots soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football and/or wrestling is a plus!No relocation offeredThis position will be contracted by event with an hourly wage based on the location of the event.BallerTV is an equal opportunity employer.
