As an Insurance Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in the smooth functioning of our projects by managing the essentials of Certificates of Insurance (COIs). Your day-to-day will involve creating and maintaining electronic job folders, collaborating with subcontractors to ensure all insurance documents are compliant, and managing the distribution of these vital COIs to both internal and external stakeholders. You will also keep track of compliance issues and escalate them when necessary. We're looking for someone with a basic understanding of insurance principles, a college diploma or its equivalent, and preferably some experience in an insurance-related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as you'll be working with various digital documents and spreadsheets.
