Balsam International is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving customer engagement and loyalty through strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives. You will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the execution and optimization of CRM channels, email being the most established, and SMS/Text Messaging as a key new initiative, while ensuring alignment with customer segmentation and personalization strategies. You will lead a team of CRM specialists, supporting their professional growth while maintaining operational excellence. This role involves close collaboration with brand, creative, data insights, and technology teams to develop impactful, data-driven campaigns that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. It requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and executional excellence, as well as the ability to adapt to an evolving CRM landscape, including potential expansion into SMS and loyalty programs.
