Partner Manager

BambooHR is looking for a Partner Manager to support channel sales growth by managing referral partners and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Enable and maintain relationships with referral partners
Coordinate with partner sales team to drive strategy and maximize referrals
Support partners to cross-sell and up-sell BambooHR's products
Assess and validate partner needs regularly to maintain high satisfaction rates

Education

Bachelor's degree (preferred)
