Preferably 1-2 years of direct sales experience in the U.S. electronic/semiconductor industry.REQUIRED PERSONAL SKILLS:1. Ability to communicate well in English (verbally/written).2. Sales presentation and negotiation skills.3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.4. Able to work independently or in a team setting.5. Must be hands-on with solid attention to detail.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:1. Supports Marketing & Sales Manager in carrying out the Marketing & Sales goals (sales targets and profit) of the Company.2. Works with internal departments to introduce products to customers and support/coordinate R&D activity. Including joining R&D meetings and tracking sample shipments3. Tracks inventory & maintains forecast for key/enterprise accounts; coordinating with Material Planner and production team to match output with anticipated consumption (if applicable)4. Establishes pricing for all new and existing products with Marketing & Sales Manager or above5. Works with customers and internal departments to resolve customer issues/concerns with direction from manager.6. Generates call reports & weekly status reports as well as monthly and annual sales reports for the Marketing & Sales Manager.7. Works with Accounting and Sales Operations to collect on customers’ unpaid invoices.8. Follows the ISO 9000 standards for quality management and submits the necessary documents required to comply with these standards.9. Expected to perform the above work activities at the Company workplace (rather than working from other locations, such as home) during regular business hours. May telecommute when working outside the Company's regular business hours or under special circumstances that are pre-approved by the Company.10. Interpret, distill, and present complicated and/or technical information to employees, customers, and others in understandable and relatable terms to aid and enhance levels of understanding and implementation.11. Use and operate a computer, office equipment and other technology devices frequently and consistently throughout each day with a high degree of skill, accuracy, and independent judgment for the purpose of reviewing, analyzing, creating, transmitting, and presenting documents, data, and other business-related information.12. Performs additional duties as needed.PeriodicalAttending annual and/or quarterly refresher courses related to hazardous waste management and handling, general safety, quality management, and environmental management.FURTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:Must possess a reliable means of transportation to and from work.
