We are currently accepting applications for a Bank Operations Quality Assurance Advisor in the Los Angeles, CA area. This will be a hybrid work schedule.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Provide coaching, support, and guidance to branch team members.
Ensure operational understanding and successful implementation of bank policies and procedures.
Analyze escalated issues and problem solve related issues.
Perform branch assessments as assigned by traveling onsite to ensure compliance with branch procedures and federal and state regulations.
Document branch assessment findings in order to identify trends and areas of improvement.
Develop and implement quality assurance programs designed to improve the customer experience for both internal and external customers.
Perform and/or oversee analyses of programs and apply findings to the customer experience initiatives designed to differentiate overall service and quality from competitor financial institutions.
Plan, direct, and coordinate project deliverables.
Identify and assess operational risk and impact and makes recommendations for effective policies and controls to management.
Qualification
Requires a Bachelor's and 1+ years experience with banking operations, processes and procedures, quality assurance or other directly related experience.
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Basic knowledge of bank operations policies and procedures, quality assurance practices, banking products and services.
Good client relations, presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal.
Basic working knowledge of banking related laws, regulations and requirements.
Good analysis, decision making and problem resolution skills.
Ability to work with managers and staff, as well as train and coach employees.
Ability to handle and accomplish multiple tasks and resolve competing priorities effectively is essential.
Ability to analysis information and generate reports as needed.
Ability to work independently and good time management skills.
Proficiency in PC and MS Office skills, Power Point.

Pay range (depending on experience): $55,000-$90,000
