Job Description of Client Associate:The role of a Client Associate at Banner Bank is to offer support as a teller or banker at various retail branch locations within a specific area. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every client has an exceptional experience while transacting with the bank. You must process transactions with complete accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you should suggest and promote bank products and services to clients to help them achieve their financial objectives. As this position involves working across multiple locations, you must be willing to travel daily.Qualification of Client Associate:In addition to technical skills, bankers must also possess strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and manage their workload effectively:• Prospective candidates must have worked as a teller for one year or more, participate in sales efforts, and demonstrate goal attainment capability• Effective ability to manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities, coupled with fundamental arithmetic, bargaining, and analytical skills• Adhering to proper phone etiquette is an essential part of professional communication and should be practiced consistently• Exceptional abilities in developing relationships and communicating effectively with others; outstanding aptitude in meeting customer needsRequirement of Client Associate:• Fill out the given application and respond to a handful of inquiries• Answer a few questions to provide us with a better understanding of your work style• Conduct a telephonic interview with the hiring manager or recruitment personnel• Arrange for an in-person interview with the team manager and other significant members of the team at their premises• Secure an opportunity that aligns with your values and Banner's mission• Set Yourself Up for Success with a Comprehensive Background Check before Starting Your CareerBenefits of Client Associate:• A $18.00 to $19.00 hourly pay, which is determined by the employee's experience, is offered for this position. Candidates may also receive a $1.50 premium as an addition to their base salary• Incentive potential• Employees can choose from a complete range of benefits, such as medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, short-term disability and life• The company provides its employees with paid time off for vacations, illnesses, and 11 major holidays• Eligible employees can take advantage of the 401k retirement savings plan, with the option for employer matching contributions of up to 4%• The company provides a yearly tuition reimbursement benefit of up to $5,250.
