When it comes to caring for people, we're all in.DescriptionThe Lead Enterprise Security Engineer plan, implement, manage, monitor and enhance the utilization of best in class security tools and controls that protect Baptist Health patients, employees, data and assets. Ensure technology solutions are well vetted from a security best practice, per Baptist Health standards and applicable frameworks. Provide application and interface support, troubleshoot and work with appropriate technical resources to resolve issues. Respond to all system and/or network security breaches. Remediate and coordinate remediation of identified network and system vulnerabilities. Ensure that the organization's data and infrastructure are kept safe by enabling the appropriate security controls and measures. Develop and implement operational workflows and processes that enhance the efficiency of operations. Anticipate future technology and business needs to evaluate and propose proactive solutions that allow Baptist Health infrastructure and data to be kept safe. Report and communicate with relevant client departments, other technical resources and vendors. Rotational on call, 24X7 duties may be required.
