About the role/team: 

As part of our Product Team, you will work closely and cross-functionally with leaders across the company and some of the world’s top brands to take our world-class messaging products to the next level. One of our product’s superpowers is the scale at which it operates, allowing customers to interact with billions of consumers at high performance.

As a Senior Product Manager on the Messaging team, you will own a broad product portfolio and associated roadmap, delivering delightful and creative Campaigns & Content experiences to our customers. Campaigns & Content are at the heart of our user experience and tie directly into our Channel and Journey experiences. This is an essential role with the need for a Sr. PM to be well-versed in the marketing automation landscape, and a strong collaborator who can partner across teams to deliver market-leading messaging products. The Product Team works closely with our Design and Engineering Teams and lives by user empathy daily. You will work with our internal teams and directly with our customers to help define and prioritize product features that have a high impact on Iterable's business. 

You are passionate about usability and love to work with design on the user experience and how customers use our product. You are also technical and can work with engineering to provide the best solutions. It's important that you want to help Iterable and our customers grow and succeed. In this role, you’ll report to the Group Product Manager, Messaging.

In this role you'll get to:

  • Contribute to the vision and design of the Campaigns & Content creation experience
  • Be an internal "voice of the customer"
  • Work with Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other PMs to ship products
  • Understand customer personas and build use cases to establish product requirements and roll out new features and enhancements
  • Provide ongoing documentation of customer demands and product functionality
  • Research industry trends to identify new product features and opportunities

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience working on a SaaS product, B2B2C preferred, B2B at a minimum
  • Excel at solving complex technical problems and partnering with engineering to translate customer needs into shippable products
  • Deliver intuitive UI experiences and valuable/usable APIs
  • Experience working with agile Engineering teams and tools like Jira
  • Experience with user testing and data analysis
  • Experience driving decisions based on business and technical data
  • Strategic thinking and ability to prioritize high-impact features.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Customer Success, and internal SMEs

  • Familiarity with the development of mobile/web/cross-channel experiences
