The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of benefits, compensation, and data analytics, as well as a familiarity with HRIS systems. This candidate will ensure compliance with federal and state filings in terms of benefits, manage compensation programs, and maintain the function of the organization;s internal HRIS systems. A self-starting attitude, the ability to handle multiple projects, and a detail-oriented approach are key characteristics that will allow a candidate to excel in this role.
