Hours: 8:00-5:00, M-FRESPONSIBILITIES• * Helps coordinate Order Administration and 3PL Distribution including order processing, scheduling, expediting, customer returns, transportation, storage and shipping of customer orders.• Coordinate Inbound/Outbound shipments via Ocean, Air, and Ground• Helps communicate, implement and interpret customer service policies and procedures, with interaction between Marketing, Finance, Credit, Planning and Distribution.• Serves as liaison between Customers, Sales and internal departments to resolve any customer service issues.• Helps measure and report performance of orders towards the achievements of AOP.• Coordinates the efforts to adjust inventory and production schedules as required.• Assists in the negotiation and maintenance of transportation contracts and tariffs.• Helps manager analyze customer order patterns and recommends changes to improve costs and customer penalties.• Acts as an interface between customers and IT staff to ensure EDI set ups when required.• Supports best way transportation to meet customer demands and AOP.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
