ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer in their daily operations. You'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication, internal and external stakeholder and relationship management, efficient workflow, and effective time management.

As a vital member of the team, you'll need to be adaptable, discreet, and possess exceptional multitasking abilities.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AT BEAMERY?

🚀 Optimise executive productivity by managing complex calendars, scheduling key meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements to ensure efficient time management.

🚀 Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building relationships through handling inquiries and communications with professionalism, speed, quality, and confidentiality.

🚀 Implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, resulting in measurable improvements.

🚀 Ensure the executive being supported is well briefed and prepared for meetings, and help to support follow-up action communication and delivery.

🚀 Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

🚀 Assist with managing personal appointments, ensuring a seamless work-life integration.

🚀 Organise company meetings, events and offsites.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

🚀 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate executive needs

🚀 Comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of the organisation, including the C-Suite and board members

🚀 Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines, consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals

🚀 The ability to handle multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, using your own judgement to delegate, prioritise and meet deadlines

🚀 High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information

🚀 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing executive documents and reports.

🚀 Agility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced tech environment.

🚀 Experience in budgeting, reporting and organising events.

🚀 Ability to anticipate needs before they’re voiced.

This is a remote role, we would like the candidate to either be on Eastern or Central Time. The salary for the position will be $115,000 - $130,000.
