POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Parts Manager at Beltway Companies, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Hagerstown Parts Department and ensuring optimal performance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Set and achieve department goals.
  • Train and supervise staff.
  • Manage the operating budget.
  • Maintain balanced inventory and optimize turnover.

  • Oversee stock ordering and special orders.
