Who we are:
At Better Life Partners, we provide what it takes to heal from addiction. Wherever. Whenever.
We work alongside community-based organizations to meet our members where they are, no matter what recovery looks like to them. By combining virtual and in-person counseling, community support, and access to life-saving medication, we help people move beyond addiction to find belonging, love, and purpose.
If you’re looking to roll up your sleeves and meet hard challenges head-on, then we’re looking for you.
The role:
Our Growth team is looking for a skilled Member Engagement Field Associate to work in the community to engage individuals impacted by substance-use-disorder - meeting them where they are in the community and sharing the support Better Life Partners’ (BLP) can offer. You will be excellent at adapting your approach and message to meet the needs of individuals where they are in their journey and are excited to remove barriers to access our care services.
Reporting to the Community Growth Manager, you will be an advocate for those on the recovery journey, be an empathetic listener and a skilled communicator. You will work with Growth teammates to support direct to member outreach at existing community partners and identify and follow through on other opportunities to increase awareness of BLP in the community and directly engage potential members.
This role requires strong territory management and relationship development skills, along with a passion for building connections with diverse audiences. Member Engagement Field Associates will be in their communities an average of 4 days per week.
This is a hybrid position with much of your time spent in the field and communities we serve. Candidates applying must be willing and able to travel to BLP meetings, community events, or business functions as needed and determined by the business and Growth Team. Candidates applying must reside in Maine.
In addition to a competitive compensation package, we’re offering the chance to be the change you wish to see in your community. Help us work toward a future where everyone can have a healthy life filled with belonging, love, and purpose.
We’re a recovery-friendly workplace that values family life, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
