As a Sales Intern, you will participate in full-cycle sales training while joining internal development sessions to learn about BEUMER's innovative technologies and solutions. This entry-level position focuses on supporting the Sales team through various administrative and hands-on tasks. We are focused on the long-term perspective!This sales role will have a focus in the following specialties and will be focused within the consumer products, building materials, cement, and chemical industries:• FPP – Filling, Palletising and Packaging• CL Products – Conveying and Loading Products• Other Material Handling ProductsResponsibilities:• Collaborate with leadership and Sales team to complete assigned projects, including:• Updating sales records and maintaining databases• Participating in staff meetings• Attend meetings and events to observe and learn from experienced team members.• Accurately maintain sales documentation and records• Prepare presentations and proposals for sales initiatives.• Observe and engage in the sales process from tendering to contract negotiation and signature• Communicate with vendors and clients as requested.• Conduct research and collect survey data, utilizing conversations and CRM tools to gather client insights.• Help analyze product performance metrics and user feedback. Create reports to present findings and insights to the team.• Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, competitor products, and customer needs. Gather data to support product development initiatives.• Support the documentation of product requirements, user stories, and product specifications. Help maintain up-to-date product documentation and roadmaps.• Monitor and track progress toward sales targets.• Record learning experiences throughout the internship.QualificationsQualifications:• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Business, or a related field.
