Correspondence Coordinator

The Biden For President Campaign is seeking a Correspondence Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Correspondence team, which composes, prints, and mails correspondence from the campaign to Americans to thank them for their engagement and support. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Correspondence Coordinator will work closely with the Correspondence Manager, Briefings Team, the Scheduling and Advance Team, and other departments.



Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the Correspondence team, including responding to emails and tracking deadlines.

  • Assist with building contact lists and data entry.

  • Assist the printing and shipping process for all campaign correspondence.

  • Liaise with other departments as required to gather information. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 


Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience working on political campaigns or in a similar role is desirable but not required.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. 

  • Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • Passion for political activism and a commitment to the campaign's goals and values.


$50,000 - $60,000 a year
