The Senior Revenue Enablement Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering Revenue learning programs that enable our Accountant Channel Sales and Post Sales teams to effectively sell, drive adoption of our products, and retain clients.• Designs and delivers impactful learning programs focused on our products that scale to a large audience of Accountant Channel Revenue teams.• Facilitates engaging training sessions in a live, hybrid, or remote environment• Collaborates with cross-functional partners such as Marketing, Product Management, and Revenue Operations to ensure all training materials reflect the latest product developments; provides proactive recommendations on new customer marketing materials or competitive intel materials required for the Revenue team.• Coaches Revenue team members on our Sales Methodology and best practices for effective sales techniques; utilizes conversational analytics tools to uncover trends in customer conversations and partners with Revenue Managers to refine our conversations with customers• Partners with peers, such as the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager - Product Pillars and the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager - Tools & Systems Pillar, to develop and maintain content within Seismic and company newsletter.• Evaluates the impact of their enablement programs using the Kirkpatrick Model and proactively identifies areas for improvement.• Creates eLearning material in Articulate 360 and Docebo LMS• Solicits ongoing feedback from cross-functional partners and revenue teams in order to drive improvements to Enablement programs and internal processes• Support various Enablement department projects such as Revenue Kickoff, President’s Club, and other Revenue-wide initiatives.• Strong sales coaching skills• Certified in one or more sales methodologies• Strong project management and organizational skills• Relationship builder; collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams• Ability to prioritize competing requests from multiple stakeholders to maximize business impact• Excellent knowledge of Financial Technology software, major players in the market, and how financial technology improves business operations• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: public speaking, facilitation, storytelling, documentation, translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences, skillfully using web conference technology, and internal messaging tools• Demonstrated ability to design creative and effective Sales collateral, including: presentations, one-pagers, infographics, LMS courses, asynchronous video, etc.• Sales tool administration: Gong, Articulate, Seismic, Docebo, Salesforce• Preferred but not required: prior closing experience in a Sales role• Articulate / Rise 360• Canva• LMS - Docebo• CMS - Seismic• Asana• Google Suite• Gong• Confluence/Wiki• Salesforce• Slack• Tableau• ZoomA combination of the experience below:• 3+ years of experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, or Sales Coaching within the Financial Technology industry or related industry• 2+ years in B2B Sales (Account Executive)• Bonus: prior experience using BILL products, and working with Accounting Firms#LI-Remote#LI-CG1Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below.
