Apply now and find out why Birdeye is rated Top Places to Work.Birdeye is looking for a seasoned SDR leader who can build, grow, and develop an India-based (works on US time zone) SDR team of inbound Sales Development Representatives (SDR). As a Director, you will report to the CMO and coordinate closely with other SDR managers globally and Sales leadership to coach, support and inspire your reps to reach new heights. We believe leading by example is important, thus we expect previous proven achievement in a similar B2B SaaS sales role. If you are looking to be challenged daily, make a huge impact and help define the future of customer experience, we would love to have you join our team!Responsibilities• Recruit, train and develop a high performing SDR team• Set clear goals and expectations & provide hands-on coaching• Track daily activity KPIs and present performance results to senior management• Work closely with Marketing and Sales leaders to ensure optimal lead handlingrequirements• 8+ years of experience in a sales development role; experience working in B2B Software/SAAS space required• 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in a high-tech start-up B2B SAAS environment.• Proven track record of managing and scaling SDR (inbound) teams successfully• Experience coaching and mentoring reps to achieve set targets• Experience building new processes, workflows, etc.• Bachelors degree• Proven experience achieving and pushing past goals and quotas• Proven ability to analyze and synthesize sales data to optimize sales funnel• Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment• Excellent communication, time-management, and prioritization skills• Drive to succeed and a competitive spiritWhy You’ll Join UsAt Birdeye, we are relentless innovators driven by a singular goal: to lead our category with unparalleled excellence.
