As Director of Product Innovation, you will accelerate innovation in all business areas by rapidly transforming new ideas into testable prototypes and MVP releases. In this role, you will lead the creation of functional prototypes, design integrations with third-party platforms, and build internal tools to enhance the efficiency of our Security Operations team. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will play a key leadership role in experimenting with emerging technologies and translating innovative ideas into impactful product capabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our executive protection and cybersecurity solutions while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.


As a process innovator, you will implement frameworks and tools to streamline workflows and ensure efficiency across the product lifecycle.


What you will do
  • Prototype Development: Design, build, and iterate functional prototypes for new product features to validate concepts and accelerate product innovation.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Architect and implement integrations with external platforms, tools, and services to enhance product capabilities.
  • Internal Tools: Lead the creation of tools and systems to streamline and optimize the workflows of the Security Operations team.
  • Technology Exploration: Evaluate and experiment with emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Security Operations, to ensure alignment on goals and seamless project execution.
  • Leadership: Bridge the gap between product vision and execution, enabling the team to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs. 


What you need to successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.7+ years of experience in, security operations, integrations, product management, or related roles.
  • Proven success in SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity or a related industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and align diverse teams.


$150,000 - $170,000 a year
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
